Low-carb diet ; Mince steak and salad

This is actually my go to lunch when I can't be bothered to cook. It's tasty, filling, and only requires a frying pan and a chopping board.

Ingredients :
Iceberg lettuce
2  boiled eggs
Cucumber
8 cherry tomatoes
50g of cooked corn

Protein: beef mince steak
1table spoon of black pepper
Finely chopped shallot
Sage,thyme and just a pinch of salt.


As always  you can play around with the seasoning till you find what works for you.

There you have, my go to lunch.
