Heat wave in Montreal kills 12

Death toll continues to raise as record heat continues to be scorch Southern Quebec.

Officials in Montreal are urging people to check on friends, loved ones and neighbours especially those without air-conditioning as heat wave in the region peaks.

Today's temperature is expected to reach as high as 34 C.
