Have been a super fan of the sport for over a decade and can't believe the most hyped fights in a main card is for the least deserving fighters in the card.
For decade the UFC was about the fight business but now it seems to be all about entertainment. I know entertainment is where the big bucks come from but please President Dana don't kill the sport.
Now lets break down the card
First of all Alistair Overeem is in the prelims with the likes of Carla Esparza and Rashad Coulter while CM Punk, Mike Jackson, Holly Holm and Megan Anderson feature in the main event. One of the most skilled fighter in the sport get to play from the side line while social media fanatic get the lime light. Some say Overeem is washed up but I disagree , the man is a beast and has a strong following world wild as well.
The most annoying fighter in UFC right now Colby Covington pretty much talked his way to an intern title shot.
Gone are the days when you had to fight to get to the top.
