What an epic end to an epic tournament. After 20 years, France lifts the world cup trophy.
France which had one of the youngest squad in the tournament showed age is just a number and determination and hard work is the key to success. Many questioned the fitness of the squad before the tournament but the young guns showed they had the mental toughness to withstand any obstacle.
Guess it's safe to say the better team definitely won the game and the tournament as a whole.
Congratulations France on your world cup victory. Victory well deserved.
